Karen – Office Manager
Since joining our team in 2021, Karen has been the backbone of our practice operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and brings over 10 years of experience in the dental field, offering a sophisticated level of expertise to our patient coordination and office systems.
Karen is dedicated to ensuring that every patient’s experience is seamless and stress-free, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. She takes great pride in helping our patients navigate their care with clarity and a welcoming smile. When she isn’t at the office, Karen loves being outdoors—whether she’s spending time in her garden, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying quality time with her family.
Cassie – Lead Patient Coordinator
Cassie joined our practice in 2023, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in the dental field. As our Lead Patient Coordinator, she is often the first person to welcome you, and her vibrant personality keeps our team and patients laughing all day long.
Cassie is truly passionate about patient care; nothing makes her happier than helping someone get out of pain and seeing them leave with a confident smile. She is also our resident expert at explaining dental insurance coverage, helping patients understand their benefits with ease and transparency.
Away from the office, Cassie’s world revolves around her son. She loves spending her free time exploring new places and creating fun adventures with him.
Teela – Patient Coordinator
Teela joined our team in 2025, bringing over six years of dental experience across a wide variety of specialties. While she has worked in many areas of dentistry, she has found her true home in Endodontics. Teela is driven by a deep sense of purpose: she believes her mission in life is to help others, and she makes it her daily goal to bring a smile to the face of every patient she encounters, ensuring they feel supported and cared for throughout their visit.
Her compassionate approach is matched by a vibrant, creative spirit. When she isn’t assisting our patients, Teela expresses her creativity through painting and singing. She also stays active through working out and—for a bit of extra excitement—loves the thrill of a great roller coaster.
Vivian – Lead Dental Assistant
Vivian serves as our Lead Dental Assistant, bringing over four years of clinical experience and a strong dedication to the field. Known for her hard work and reliability, she plays a vital role in ensuring our procedures run smoothly and our patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visit.
Her passion for the dental profession is lifelong; Vivian is currently attending school to become a dental hygienist, further expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve the community. She takes great pride in balancing her lead role at our practice with her studies.
When she isn’t at the office or focusing on her education, Vivian enjoys the quiet comfort of reading and loves spending time cooking new recipes.
Niurka – Certified Dental Assistant
Niurka brings a unique blend of high-level organization and infectious energy to our endodontic team. As a Certified Dental Assistant, she is highly skilled in specialized procedures and holds advanced certifications in Radiation Safety and Coronal Polishing.
Niurka is known for her charismatic personality, helping our patients feel at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.
When she’s not at the office, Niurka is a true culinary enthusiast who loves spending her time cooking and baking. At home, she is a proud “cat mom” to her four beloved feline companions.
